Public Relations Office

Poliambulanza shall safeguard the data subjects through several protective measures designed for making all the staff aware of their responsibilities regarding the patients’ rights.  In any case, the data subject may lodge a complaint by the appropriate organizations representing its interests or by the Office for Relations with the Public. (URP), a service intended to:

 

  • Give general information

  • Listen to and understand the users’ demands and needs 

  • Accept suggestions, osservations, and complaints regarding inefficiency or possible blameworthy acts.

You can also call the following number: 030/ 35 152 36 or go to the Secretary’s Management Office (C Area, first floor) from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.

As a rule, within 30 days the URP, as part of its investigation of the complaint, shall provide a written replay exclusively to those having submitted their report in written form or by e-mail.

 

We remind you that the anonymous reports shall not be taken into account.
