Welfare for our Employees

FOOD AND WELL-BEING

In the canteen and at the bar it is possible to have a balanced meal in total autonomy, following the indications of the posters and colour codes. And for the employees, there is also the dietary clinic with reduced fares.

STOP SMOKING

Medical specialists, psychologists, health assistants and nurses for an anti-smoking counseling program that can inform and motivate employees about the possibility of giving up smoking.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & WELL-BEING

We activate groups of employees who meet every week to walk and run. The activity is initially followed by physiotherapist instructors who welcome and guide the members of the group.

YOGA COURSES FOR MIND AND BODY

We’ve started up a course of approach to Yoga aimed at spreading such practice among our collaborators and promoting mental and physical well-being.

VACCINATION PROJECT

We’ve extended the free offer of the vaccination cycle against the hepatitis B to the administrative and healthcare staff of Fondazione Poliambulanza.

CHECK-POLI PREVENTION

Once a year our employees can benefit from some check-ups with special fares: general package, lipid profile, thyroid and PSA package.

SCREENING AND PREVENTION

Our employees are given the opportunity to undergo free-of-charge the oncological screening promoted by ATS (Agenzia Tutela della Salute, Health Protection Agency) at our clinics.  Some screenings are offered by widening the standard age ranges.

SUMMER CAMPS FOR CHILDREN

With the cooperation of associations that have been dealing with education for years, we arrange summer camps, which can be attended by our employees’ children with reduced fares.

POLIAMBULANZA WELFARE

For our employees, changing the efficiency bonus into a welfare program for the well-being of the whole family is  worthwhile. 
1. The welfare bonus is not taxed as the one in the payroll;
2. in addition to the bonus, a 10% extra is paid in shopping vouchers too.
