Il dr. Rosso ha realizzato diverse centinaia di interventi chirurgici per via laparoscopica, a cielo aperto e più recentemente per via robotica. Ha maturato una importante esperienza nel trattamento chirurgico dei tumori Epatici e Pancreatici localmente avanzati e nei tumori addominali complessi.

È autore di oltre 50 pubblicazioni in tema di chirurgia addominale e in particolare pancreatica.
