Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing is the institution that protects the employee who reports illegal conducts, situations of danger or risks which could cause damage to third parties, in carrying out their duties within the organization to which they belong. The "whistleblower" is therefore a person who decides to report an offense, fraud or danger that he/she has detected during work activity.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, in order to guarantee transparency and the possibility for all subjects authorized by the law to freely report alleged offenses of which they become aware while carrying out their work, Poliambulanza makes various internal reporting channels available to potential whistleblowers:

Reports can be made using the following channels:

  • Parrot IT platform, accessible through the button below "Enter your report" and which represents the preferential channel due to its security and confidentiality characteristics to protect the Reporter;

    By clicking on "Insert your report" you access the IT platform for sending a report

You can download the guide for the correct use of the portal by clicking here.

  • Ordinary mail, to be sent in a closed envelope, to:

Fondazione Poliambulanza
c.a. Ufficio Affari Societari Legali e Privacy
via Bissolati 57

For all reporting channels, Fondazione Poliambulanza adopts adequate organizational and IT measures in order to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality of the reporting party and the contents of the report itself. To consult the privacy policy click here.
