Fondazione Poliambulanza considers the privacy of its users to be of fundamental importance and guarantees that the processing of personal data entered, collected and processed through the site www.poliambulanza.it is carried out in compliance with the rights of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, protection of personal identity and the right to protection of personal data pursuant to and for the effects of the General Regulation for data protection 679/2016. 
In this regard, Fondazione Poliambulanza has adopted and implemented this Privacy Policy, for everything that concerns the methods of management of the Site in reference to the processing of personal data of users. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of Users, collected through the site; the same Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites owned by third parties, which may be accessed via a link on the site www.poliambulanza.it.

2. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

Through the Fondazione Poliambulanza website, the following data are processed as personal data:

  • Browsing data:
    • Technical data: the system allows to track, through the detection of the IP address, the device (PC or mobile phone) through which the visitor is connecting to the Poliambulanza site. In a completely anonymous form, aggregate and non-individual information is collected regarding browsing preferences, through the overall processing of searches carried out by visitors in a given period of time. The data thus obtained and its temporal mutation are aimed exclusively at satisfying the statistical needs of the health service provider (Poliambulanza).
    • Cookies: technical session cookies, which are used to perform navigation and provide the service requested by the user, for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication on an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service. They are not used for other purposes. The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of these cookies.
  • Data provided by the interested party: the Site, in some of its sections (Newsletter Subscription) requires the interested party to enter some Personal Data, both common and belonging to particular categories. Other contents are accessible by Users without the need to provide their personal data. However, some sections may be accessible exclusively to registered Users. The User's personal data, therefore, may be processed, with automated means,
  1. while browsing,
  2. when registering on the Site (necessary to be able to use the services or purchase goods offered by the same),
  3. when requesting the supply of a single good or service.

Furthermore, in the event that a User contacts us to request information, we will collect his/her personal data in order to provide a response.
 

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected by means of first-party cookies – i.e. installed by the Fondazione Poliambulanza website – present on the Site, are not subject to transfer outside the European Union. 
In any case, if necessary, the Data Controller may also transfer personal data to non-EU countries, guaranteeing from now that the transfer will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and therefore stipulating, if and when necessary, specific agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data, or in any case adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission for the transfer of personal data outside the EU. With particular reference, however, to the transfers of personal data carried out by means of third-party cookies, please refer to the respective data processing policies referred to in the links indicated in point 4 of this Cookie Policy.


Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in the request forms. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

 

4. SERVICES OFFERED BY THE SITE

The Fondazione Poliambulanza website offers various services:

  • Visit booking service via link to the Prenoting website
    The interested party can proceed with the booking of the service via the Prenoting website.
    The interested party can choose whether to proceed with the booking under the SSN regime or privately.
    The legal basis is art.6 letter b) "execution of a contract to which the interested party is party or execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same".
     
  • Work with Us Section
    The “Work with us” section of the website is dedicated to the search and selection of candidates online for Fondazione Poliambulanza.
    To access open positions, you must enter your credentials.
    The legal basis is art.6 letter b) "execution of a contract to which the interested party is party or execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same".
     
  • Section 5x1000
    The legal basis is art.6 letter f) “ the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller”.
     
  • Whistleblowing Reporting Section
    The Fondazione Poliambulanza website has a special section where you can anonymously post reports of illicit conduct or dangerous situations that could cause harm to third parties.
    The legal basis is art.6 letter c) "the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject".
     
  • Medical consultancy and training section
    The legal basis is art.6 letter f) " the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller".

 

5. TREATMENT METHODS

In pursuing the purposes indicated in paragraph 4 "Services offered by the site", the processing of Personal Data is carried out according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency mainly through electronic or automated means, in any case, suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your Data and compliance with the specific obligations established by law.

 

6. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS 

The personal data collected through cookies may be shared with:

  • persons authorised by the Data Controller to process personal data, as employees and/or;
  • collaborator pursuant to art. 29, GDPR and art. 2 quaterdecies of the Privacy Code, who have received adequate operating instructions, have committed to confidentiality or are subject to an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;
  • subjects delegated and/or appointed by the Data Controller to carry out activities strictly related to the pursuit of specific purposes (by way of example and not limited to, technical maintenance interventions on the systems), duly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28, GDPR.
     

7. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA 

Your personal data may be communicated to:

  • Persons authorised by the Data Controller;
  • Subjects/entities authorised by the Data Controller ( Bizonweb Srl, Doctolib Srl ); 
  • Subjects, entities or authorities to whom the communication of the interested party's personal data is mandatory by virtue of provisions of law or orders of the competent authorities.

 

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the user has the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to his/her personal data, for the rectification or erasure of the same or to object to their processing. The law also allows the user to exercise the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the Data concerning him/her, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.
